Will it work in my shop if the internet drops?

Yes. The POS works offline. Sales are saved locally and sync automatically when the connection returns. You don't lose a single transaction.

How does payment work?

Retailrise handles cash, card, bank transfer, and split payments. We don't charge transaction fees on top — your payment processor's fees are between you and them.

Can I run it across multiple stores?

Yes. Multi-store is included from day one. Same price whether you have one store or fifteen.

What does it integrate with?

We integrate with the Juniper ERP for accounting, payroll, and financial reporting. Direct integrations with major POS hardware, label printers, and barcode scanners. Standalone or as part of the full Juniper suite.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups run nightly. We're built on the same infrastructure that runs Riskgratis financial systems. See /security for the detail.

What does support look like?

Live human support during WAT business hours (9AM–6PM, Mon–Fri) by email, phone, and WhatsApp. Onboarding is hands-on — we don't drop you with a portal and a video.
