Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Your data is never readable to anyone outside your account, including us.

Backups

Automated nightly backups with 30-day retention. Point-in-time recovery available. Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate locations.

Uptime

99.9% target uptime. Real-time status page at status.retailrise.com. Planned maintenance announced in advance, scheduled outside Nigerian business hours.

Access control

Role-based permissions across every module. Two-factor authentication available on every account, required for admin roles.
